Our Puffy Heart is engravable with yours or your loved one's initial in script font, and can be made with out without a flush set birthstone (2mm - 2.5mm). Both sides of the pendant are engravable with the option of a birthstone, and will sit delicately on a rope chain of 45cm, with an extender chain of 5cm. The heart pendant itself is approximately 22.5mm x 23.5mm x 3.5mm.

The pendant is made in sterling silver and can be 22k gold vermeil finished.
