Refund policy
At Caelia Jewellery, we want you to adore your new piece. If for any reason you are not completely in love with your purchase, we offer a 7 day return window starting from the day your item is delivered.
To be eligible for a return, your jewellery must be unworn, in its original pristine condition, and returned in its original packaging.
Exceptions
Please note that certain items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

Bespoke, custom, and made-to-order pieces (as these are created uniquely for you).

How to Return
To start a return, simply email us at info@caeliajewellery.com with your order number and proof of purchase. We will guide you through the process.
Quality Guarantee
We take great pride in our craftsmanship. If you believe your item is faulty or defective, please contact us immediately at info@caeliajewellery.com. We will assess the issue and, depending on the circumstances and availability, offer a replacement, repair, or refund.
Shipping Your Return
Unless the item is faulty, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the total.
For your peace of mind, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds
Once your return arrives and is inspected, we will drop you an email to confirm receipt and the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
