Shipping policy

At Caelia Jewellery, we believe good things take time, because we prioritise quality and craftsmanship, we do not mass-produce our work.

Production Times

Collection Pieces: Please allow approximately 3 weeks for us to create your piece before it is ready to ship.
Bespoke & Custom Designs: For unique, one-of-a-kind commissions, please allow approximately 6 weeks for creation before shipping.

We send all domestic orders via Australia Post. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your piece is on its way.

Standard Shipping ($10 Flat Rate): generally delivered within 14 days.
Express Shipping ($15 Flat Rate): generally delivered within 1–3 business days.

We love sending our pieces to clients around the world.

Standard International ($25 AUD Flat Rate): Generally delivered within 10–20 business days, depending on your location.
- Note for US Customers: Any applicable tariffs will be in addition to this and rate and will be calculated at check out.
Express International: Available for select locations at checkout. Delivery is generally 2–5 business days via Australia Post International Express.
